摘 要

伴随着全球能源紧缺、环境污染问题日益突出，在节能环保和可持续发展的

要求下，全球汽车产业正朝着绿色低碳方向发展。我国积极推进可持续发展，淘

汰落后产能、企业，大力发展绿色健康产业。2001年，国家对于新能源汽车的

发展提出了新的研究课题。未来汽车行业道路上，新能源必然是趋势，目前我国

汽车行业在新能源领域存在许多融资难题。汽车行业尤其是新能源领域，其中一

个显著特点是资金密集，当国家对于新能源汽车行业的补贴有所减少时，意味着

竞争激烈的市场经济环境中，新能源汽车想要发展起来，必须做好改变融资结构

的准备，新能源汽车行业筹集资金是迫切需要解决的问题。

本文围绕比亚迪公司新能源汽车融资现状，从亚迪公司近几年的财务状况

找出存在的问题进行分析，针对不同问题提出应对措施。

本文以六个部分进行阐述：首先是引言阐述本课题的选题意义，参考其他学

者对本课题的研究论述；其次对比亚迪公司及其股权状况的介绍；第三部分分别

从内部融资和外部融资陈述比亚迪公司新能源汽车融资现状；第四部分深入剖

析比亚迪公司新能源汽车融资存在的问题；第五部分探讨了解决比亚迪公司新

能源汽车融资问题的策略；第六部分为总结，是对全文的概括。

ABSTRACT

In 2001, the state raised new research topics for the development of new energy

vehicles. On the road of the future automobile industry, new energy will inevitably be

the trend. At present, there are many financing difficulties in the new energy field for

China\'s automobile industry. The automotive industry, especially the new energy

sector, has a significant feature of being capital-intensive. When the state\'s subsidies

for the new energy vehicle industry have been reduced, it means that in a highly

competitive market economy, new energy vehicles must develop. Ready to change the

financing structure, raising funds for the new energy vehicle industry is an urgent

issue that needs to be a capital-intensive new energy automotive industry,

how to gradually reduce subsidies, increased market competition environment, To

solve the financing dilemma and change the survival law has become an important

problem to be solved urgently in new energy vehicles.

This article focuses on the current situation of BYD\'s new energy vehicle

financing, finds out the existing problems from the financial situation of Yadi in

recent years, analyzes them, and proposes countermeasures for different problems.

This article is explained in six parts: first, the introduction explains the

significance of this topic, referring to other scholars\' research and discussion on this

topic; second, the introduction of BYD and its equity status; the third part from the

internal financing and external financing of BYD new energy vehicle financing

situation; the fourth part in-depth analysis of BYD Gong Division of new energy

vehicle financing problems; the fifth part of the discussion of the resolution of BYD

new energy vehicle financing strategy; the sixth part is a summary of the full text.
