教材
分析
本模块以“太空旅行”为话题,通过描述人类探索太空的历程强化对科普说明文的理解。Unit 2的主要内容是介绍太空的基本知识和人类对探索太空付出的努力。学生以理解为主,最后一组问题设计地很巧妙,也正是学生想问的,也能够引起学生的积极思考。在本课中,利用现在完成时去表达人类探索太空已经发现的事物,属于新知和重点。这就需要教师创造情境,以活动为载体,整合操练词汇和句型。
科学、太空这些话题与学生们的日常生活比较远,但是现实生活中关于太空旅行话题的科幻电影有很多。可以将这些内容作为阅读背景材料的输入,结合学生当下对太空探索的好奇心和求知欲,打开学生对未来的想象,引发学生对太空的探索。学生在上一单元中学习了现在完成时的一般疑问句及其肯定回答和否定回答,在U2中将继续突出对这一知识点的理解运用。
