MACHINE STRUCTURE:

The machine is with movable bridge (with double rack) and electrical gantry (Double Drive).

横梁移动式,两侧配置两套齿轮/齿条传动系统,实现龙门电气双驱。

The machine structure (The side shoulders, the cross beam and vertical ram) is very rigid, made of welded

and stabilized steel, allowing quick displacements and granting the maximum stiffness of the structure.

机床的床身坚固,纵梁下面的支撑立柱、横梁及垂向滑枕均采用焊钢结构,经稳定性处理,具有良好的刚度和静态特性,由于移动部件惯性小,为机床的高速运动提供了良好的保证。

The structural dimensioning is executed through a sophisticated finite-element computation program

(FEM), which also tests the dynamic loads on machine elements, enabling CMS to design structures and

choose motion systems (precision guides and ball re-circulation sliding blocks) that grant great operation

power, geometrical accuracy and reliability of high-speed machining, even in case of heavy work loads.

Machining accuracy and quality are further enhanced by the thermal symmetry of the machine structure.

The precision racks fitted directly on the structure, next to the ball re-circulating guides, keep the

temperature of the moving parts steady, thus obtaining a high thermal stability as well as the total absence

of system torsion instability, even in case of heaviest machining.

LINEAR AXES MOVEMENT

直线坐标运动

The longitudinal movement (X axis) is made by the mobile

bridge which runs on welded steel shoulders. The

transversal movement (Y axis) is made by the carriage which

runs on the bridge, and on which the vertical movement ram

(Z axis) is mounted.

纵向X坐标的运动,是移动横梁运行在焊钢结构的纵向基座上,横向Y坐标的运动,是垂向溜板沿横梁的运动,垂向Z坐标的运动是垂向滑枕的上下运动。

The carriages run along wide section, interchangeable inserted

guides which are hardened and ground, through four-way track bearings with re-circulating balls.

溜板运行在超大尺寸宽度的横梁上,上面内置安装了经过加应处理和精密磨削的导轨,配置了四个线性导轨保持盒和循环滚珠。

The X axis is driven by two AC Servo motors (gantry movement) each inserting on a precision rack,

hardened and ground, through a precision pinion connected to a reduction unit.

X 坐标的运动采用龙门电气双驱,由两个交流无刷电机连接至高质量、高精度的减速装置组成。机床的全部运动是在高精度的齿轮和齿条系统上,由交流伺服电机驱动。

The Y and Z axes are driven by an AC Servo motor inserting on a precision rack, hardened and ground,

through a precision pinion connected to a reduction unit.

Y/Z 坐标的运动分别采用由一个交流无刷电机连接至高质量、高精度的减速装置组成。机床的全部运动是在高精度的齿轮和齿条系统上,由交流伺服电机驱动。

An automatic brake is mounted on the Z axis to stop the carriage movement in case of a sudden black-out.

ROTATING AXES

In addition to the main 3 axes, the working unit has 2 controlled axes, providing the inclination and

orientation of the tools in any direction in the space.

除了三个主要的直线坐标,还配置有2个数控连续回转坐标,第4轴和第5轴,实现任意空间方向的五轴加工。

The fourth axis rotates the unit around the vertical (Z) axis. The fifth axis inclines the spindle in the vertical

plane.

第四坐标“C”轴围绕垂直坐标旋转,第五坐标“A”在垂直平面内旋转。

The mechanical architecture, integrated with radial-axial bearings of high precision and rigidity, enables

maximum precision and dynamic response of the rotating axes.

旋转轴内部内置了高精度、高刚性径向和轴向轴承,赋予旋转坐标极高的精度和动态响应。

The axes movement is carried out by means of AC motors coupled to reducers of high precision with

automatic backlash control.

旋转坐标由数字交流伺服电机通过高精度减速器驱动,并带自动反向间隙消除系统。

The axes are equipped with pneumatic brakes for further enhance the stiffness of the unit during

machining that don’t require these axes to be interpolated.

REMOTE DIAGNOSTIC WITH PC ANYWHERE LICENCE:

It allows to display machine status from whatever

authorised PC, so that both the operator from home

and CMS technicians (directly from CMS) can supervise

and assist machine operation.

The link can be done through an analogical phone line

to be connected to the analogical modem available in

the machine standard configuration.

The remote diagnostic package permits the operator to check and modify on line machine configurations,

parameters and programmes, therefore making assistance remote support possible.

All CMS machines adopt the neutral wire connection to avoid any electrocution risk for the operator.

If the customer’s network is a TN-C or TN-S type, with a standard voltage ranging within 380 V + /-10% -50+60Hz +/-1%, the machine can be connected to the mains electricity with no need for

further protection unless against over-current.

In case of electrical networks other than TN-C or TN-S type, the customer shall provide a transformer

/ autotransformer to bring the electrical supply to the requested features.

Since the electrical board contains equipments that may generate a continuous component of the fault

current, for the differential protection (not compulsory for CMS machine) CMS suggests to use a

The customer shall acknowledge the Declaration of Presumption of CE Compliance by signing it. The official

document shall be kept by the customer, whereas the countersigned copy is to be sent back to CMS by fax.

Once the safety devices are installed and fully tested, CMS will issue the final CE declaration and authorise the

use of machine for production. Should these safety devices not be installed, CMS will issue a document

cancelling the Presumption of CE Compliance and will confirm the ban on using the machine.

?The end-user should provide the necessary equipments for machine assembly, such as crane (no less

than 5 tons for bridge crane or 15 tons for truck crane), Aluminum A-shape ladder with the height 3m,

theodolite and ropes for crane etc.

Final acceptance will take place at Customer plant during the restarting after installation and will

consist in:

NOTE: The STD test parts(lignostone)for Square diamond and Truncated Cone for final acceptance

must be provided by CMS. It should be sent together with the machine.

At the end of the final acceptance, after positive result, a protocol will be signed by both parties and

the machine will be formally accepted: the last payment will be effected.

Laser positional accuracy test for the axes according to VDI/DGQ 3441.

The guarantee lasts for 12 months from final acceptance date or 18 months from the date that the

equipment is ready for dispatch (the installation & the final acceptance test has anyway to be carried

out within 4 months from the date of sea shipment). It expires when either one or the other of the two

deadlines is reached.

机床保修期: 自终验收之日起12个月;或自发货之日起18个月(安装、调试及终验收必须在装船之日起4个月内进行);2个中的任何一个到期,保修期终止。

NB.: For the Numerical Control the guarantee will be 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of

final acceptance protocol signed.

注: 数控系统保修期自机床终验收之日起24个月.

The guarantee period does not depend in any way on the machine installation date if there is a

delayed installation due to the buyer’s reason. The guarantee period will be postponed accordingly if

the installation is delayed due to the seller’s reason.

如果由于买方的原因导致机床的安装调试拖期,保修期将不以安装日为准。如果由于卖方的原因导致机床的安装调试拖期,保修期将相应延期。

The guarantee covers raw materials and machining defects.

保修期包括了机床的原始部件损坏。

C.M.S undertakes to replace faulty parts free of charge including the transportation cost and all the

corresponding cost in Italy, but not including all the tax and custom clearance cost in China. All the

damaged parts replaced by CMS during the guarantee should be returned back to CMS and all the

corresponding cost will be at CMS charge..

C.M.S在保修期内免费提供备件,并承担备件的运费及在中国境外发生的费用,但不含在中国产生的进口税费及相关清关费用。所有保修期内更换的损坏部件应返回意大利CMS原厂,所有相关费用由CMS承担。

The guarantee will be fully recognized provided that the machining centre is being used in an

appropriate and suitable way, and provided that no changes, tampering or repair have been done

unless explicitly authorised by the seller.

本保修期仅适用于在正确操作和使用机床的前提条件下,未经CMS授权,不得更换任何部件。

The service will be in time and efficient. The seller shall respond by phone within 48 hours (from

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 17:30 Italian time and holidays excluded) and judge the trouble within 5

working days.

提供及时、高效的售后服务。我们将在接到电话通知48小时内(工作日:9:00 至17:30/意大利时间,节假日除外)进行响应,在五个工作日内判定故障。

If it is necessary the Seller’s experts from abroad he must arrive at the site within two weeks after

receipt of the notice from the Buyer.
