摘 要

本文从汽车理论知识出发，对本田雅阁发动机结构、发动机的拆装，作出了简要的

说明。阐述发动机电控系统故障的诊断与排除，并结合一些本田雅阁车型的实例，对其进

行分析、诊断和维修，最后成功排除故障的过程。本田公司在新型发动机研发方面取得了

引人注目的成就，尤其以VTEC（Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control，

意为可变气门正时升程控制）为标识的发动机几乎成了高性能和高可靠性汽车动力的代名

词。自1983年VTEC技术被发明并首次运用于CBR400（当时称为HYPER VTEC）至今，该

技术发展衍生出了DOHC VTEC、SOHC VTEC、SOHC VTEC-E、DOHC VTEC-DI、3-Stage VTEC、

i-VTEC、i-VTEC I和最先进的Advanced VTEC。以i-VTEC技术为核心的新型发动机系列

的在燃料经济性得到了较大改善，对于大排量发动机， L V6具有可变汽缸管理功能VCM

（Variable Cylinder Management）的发动机上，在经济性方面VCM发动机比以前的同排

量V型发动机提高16％。

本田的VTEC发动机技术已可以提高发动机在各种转速下的性能，无论是低速下的燃

油经济性和运转平顺性还是高速下的加速性。可以说，在电子控制阀门机构代替传统的凸

轮机构之前，本田的VTEC技术在目前可以说是一种很好的方法。

This theory starting from cars, the Honda Accord engine structure, engine disassembly, made a

brief description. Elaborate electronic control system fault diagnosis and exclusion, and Honda

Accord models with examples of some of its analysis, diagnosis and repair, the last successful

troubleshooting process. Honda R & D in the new engine has made notable achievements,

particularly in the VTEC (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control, which means

variable valve timing lift control) to identify the engine seems to have become high-performance

and high reliability a synonym of automotive power. Since 1983, VTEC technology was

invented and first used CBR400 (then known as HYPER VTEC) So far, the technology derived

from the DOHC VTEC, SOHC VTEC, SOHC VTEC-E, DOHC VTEC-DI ,3-Stage VTEC, i

-VTEC, i-VTEC I and the most advanced Advanced VTEC. The i-VTEC engine technology as

the core of the new series in the fuel economy has been greatly improved, for the large

displacement engine, also i-VTEC technology to the large displacement L V6 with variable

cylinder management VCM ( Variable Cylinder Management) engine, in terms of economic

VCM engine displacement than the previous V-engine with the increase of 16%.

Honda\'s VTEC engine technology has to improve engine performance at various speeds, both

the low speed operation of the fuel economy and ride comfort, or high speed acceleration. Can

be said that the electronic control valve body to replace the traditional cam before, Honda\'s

VTEC technology could be said to be a good way.
