汽车加速度在线检测系统设计

摘 要

加速度计是惯性测量和导航系统的主要惯性原件之一。随着微电子加工技术向惯性

技术的渗透和汽车工业的迅猛发展，加速度传感器已经普遍应用于汽车行业，作为应对

紧急情况下检测汽车加速度，提高安全性能的主要措施之一。

本文介绍了汽车状态测量系统的工作原理，通过加速度传感器实现对汽车加速度的

实时检测。硬件部分主要由检测部分（加速度传感器）、单片机、数据显示、复位装置、

电源模块、存储模块、串行通信接口电路等组成。首先由加速度模块采集汽车的实时数

据并将数据发送到单片机，再由单片机将处理好的数据传递到显示模块进行实时显示。

软件部分主要通过编程软件（KeilC）的调试，通过多次实验验证确保了数据的准确性，

并通过串行接口电路实现了与上位机直接相连，将数据直接传递和储存到上位机中。最

后通过整体调试，达到了很好的监测效果，可广泛应用于汽车及相关领域。

Abstract

Accelerometer is inertial measurement and the main inertial navigation system is one of

the original. With the penetration of microelectronic processing technology to the inertial

technology and the rapid development of automobile industry, the acceleration sensor has

been widely used in automotive industry, as a response to an emergency to measure

acceleration, one of the main measures of improving safety performance.

Automobile were introduced in this paper states the working principle of the

measurement system by acceleration sensor of automobile acceleration of real-time detection.

Hardware part mainly by detecting part (acceleration sensors, signal conditioning circuit,

single chip microcomputer, data display, reset the device, power supply module, memory

module, serial communication interface circuit, etc. First by the acceleration module sends

real-time data of the car, through the signal conditioning circuit is sent to the single-chip

microcomputer, again by single chip processing good real-time display data is passed to the

display module. Software part mainly through simulation software (Keil, C) software

debugging, ensure the accuracy of the data are verified through the experiment many times,

and attached directly to the computer by serial interface circuit, the data transmission and

storage directly to the computer. At last, through the overall debugging, achieved very good

monitoring effect, can be widely used in automobile and related fields.
