新疆中泰化学（集团）股份有限公司是新疆维吾尔自治区重点支持的优势资源转换企业，属

自治区国资委控股的上市公司。主要从事聚氯乙烯树脂（PVC）、离子膜烧碱、工业盐、电

石、焦炭等化工产品的生产和销售。公司的产品广泛用于石油、化工、轻工、纺织、建材、

国防等20余个大行业。产品主要供应西北、华东、华南和华中地区，向西出口俄罗斯、哈

萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦以及巴基斯坦、印度、越南等中亚、南亚地区，并远销南美洲和非

洲。

Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd is an important resource advantaged enterprise as

the state focusing on supporting and it is a listed company by Autonomous Regions of the

State-owned Assets Supervision holding. It mainly produces chemical products such as Polyvinyl

Chloride Resin (PVC), Ion-Exchange Membrane Caustic Soda,

Industrial Salt, Calcium Carbide and

Coke. Its products widely used in more than 20 industries such as Petroluem Industry, Chemical

Industry, Light Industry, Textile Industry, building materials and national defense. Its main

domestic market is North-west China, East China, Southern part of China and Central China. It

also exports products to Central Asia such as Russia, Kazakhstan , Uzbekistan from West Port of

China, and to South Asia such as India, Viet Nam, Pakistan, and also find a good sale in South

America and Africa.

公司自2001年12月设立以来，连续10年保持年均40％以上的经济发展速度，生产能力已

达到年产90万吨聚氯乙烯树脂、65万吨烧碱，跻身全国氯碱行业前三位。2006年12月公

司在深交所上市.四年内三次融资近55亿元，实现了资本与资源的有机结合。目前公司总资

产130多亿元，总股本达到115434万股，员工人数约7500余人。

公司工艺技术先进，离子膜烧碱生产采用目前世界最先进的高电流密度零极距自然循环电解

槽，聚氯乙烯树脂生产采用国产108M3大型聚合釜，控制系统采用全套DCS控制，具有国

内领先水平。

The company has kept economic increment speed of more than 40% for 10 years since

established in December, 2001. Its production capacity is 900,000 tons of PVC Resin, 650,000 tons

of Caustic Soda at present, it has been the top three Within China Chlor-alkali Industry. It was

listed at the China Shenzhen Stock Exchange on December, 2001 and made a financing nearly 5.5

billion Yuan, so it realizes the combination of capital and resource. Its total assets exceed 13

billion Yuan, general capital has been 1154.34 million shares, and there are about 7500 staffs.

The company owns advantaged technology, it uses the world\'s finest technology “Ionic

membrane natural cycling electrolyzer with high current density and zero polar distance natural

cycling elechlolyzer” for the production of Ion-Exchange Membrane Caustic Soda, and PVC resin

production using the leading domestic level 70M3 large-scale polymerizer, the whole production

process has adopted DCS automatic control system ensured that the process technology has

always been a leading domestic level.

In 2003, the company has been one of the thirty most growing enterprise which has been given

key support by People\'s Government of the Sinkiang Autonomous Region, and has been
