途锐大灯常亮的解决办法

故障现象：

因此车为美款，仪表DRL（日行灯）指示灯和大灯常亮，车主不乐意了，让搞搞。修理工拆过仪表台下几块电脑后就出问题啦：档杆被锁在P档，车辆停在原地不能动弹！仪表上红色BRAKE灯亮但车辆起动没问题，加油也能加得上。

我拿了一条HEX－COM线到现场后，AT、ABS、AWD、AIR－SUSP系统进不了，其它系统可以进入，以下是自动扫描的结果：

在发动机电脑里的故障码都是与AT、AWD、ABS、AIR－SUSP模块CAN通讯不良，那就先看看途锐的CAN网络图吧： 虽说故障码都说了与CAN线有关，但是如果某个控制模块坏掉，那么整条CAN线的电压都会被拉低，那么其它模块之间也就不能通讯了，所以排除了CAN线有问题的可能。

根据经验感觉像是这几个控制模块没有供电造成，而且在05地址码－－启动权系统里有故障码：

00576 - Terminal 15

009 - Open or Short to Ground

端子15，009开路或与接地短路！

车很新，线路断路几乎不可能，那么只剩保险丝了，查阅资料得知，在电瓶处有个接线柱15继电器、保险丝！ 注：途锐柴油机车型（V10 TDI）有两个电瓶，主电瓶位于后行李箱，辅助电瓶位于驾驶员座椅下，汽油机车型只有一个电瓶，位于驾驶员座椅下方！

打开一看，果然是它，60A的端子15保险丝烧了！ 途锐DRL

换了保险丝，执行“清除全部故障码”功能，结果如下：

这下故障码都被清除了！但是还有一个DRL（日行灯）还没有处理掉呢！大灯和仪表上的DRL指示灯常亮！用方向盘右侧的控制键进入组合仪表的设定菜单，进入其中的“LIGHT”选项，只有“回家照明（时间调节）功能”和“脚舱照明亮度调节”两项！

查阅资料得知：

这下知道了，在美国、加拿大等对日行灯有法律规定的国家，车辆的DRL不能由驾驶员关闭！怎办？想想各种车款的DRL的功能应该是由其CODE码的不同而决定的，那么改它的CODE可不可以呢？进入左、右大灯模块，它的Coding: 0000003，改为0000001、0000002都不行，在大灯系统中会出现“大灯未进行调整”的故障码。

再次查阅资料得知大灯由车内电网控制模块J519控制： 进入地址码09，中央电器控制模块！它的Coding: 0105695，随便改一个试试，先改为0105696，此时仪表上的“DRL”指示灯熄灭，但是大灯还是一直亮，证明这只是关闭了仪表DRL灯显示，没有把日行车真正关闭。再改，改为0105697，这下OK啦，日行灯功能被完全关闭！

维修过程结束，收工！
