社区是什么

社区是提供基本公共服务的重要载

体，对提高居民生活品质、提升群众

满意度具有重要意义。

Community connects us with each other. A community is a place

where people live, work and play together. Think about a school. The

teachers, students and principal help each other to learn. A community

is like that. People in a community help one another.

All communities are the same in some ways. Community is

not a place, a building, or an organization; nor is it an exchange of

information over the Internet. Community is a set of relationships

among people. People form and maintain communities to meet

common needs. They need places to live. They also want

friends and family to laugh and to help each other.

Many kinds of people live in a community. Some

live in families with children. Young and old

people can be next-door neighbors. Some

might come from other countries.

Members of a community have a

People need to learn ways

other properly.

区不是一个地方、一个建筑物或一个组织，

也不通过互联网交换信息。社区是人与人

之间的一系列关系。人们组建和维护社区

以满足共同需求。人们需要居住的地方，也希望朋友和家人能够欢

笑并互相帮助。各种各样的人生活在一个社区中：有些人生活在有

孩子的家庭里，年轻人和老年人也会是隔壁邻居，有些人可能来自

其他国家。

社区成员有一种信任感、归属感、安全感，他们相互关心。他

们有一种个人和集体感，即作为该社区的一部分，他们会相互影响，

也会对社区环境有影响。

人们需要学习彼此相处的方法。一种方法是制订准则。遵守准

则是社区人们的义务。它告诫人们应如何在社区中规范自身的行为。

社区准则可以帮助人们幸福地生活在一起并正确对待彼此。
