conditioning system, which are already in service in

the Golf 2004:●The semi-automatic heater and air conditioner

Climatic●The fully automatic 2C Climatronic heater and air

conditionerS419_022The Climatic systemThe vehicle interior forms one climate zone with the

Climatic system.

The desired temperature is set by the temperature dial

switch. The temperature requirement is sent from a

potentiometer, which is joined to the dial switch,

directly to the control unit. The desired temperature is

reached by adjustment of the temperature flap.

temperature by monitoring the outlet and interior

into two climatic zones. This means that temperatures

in a range between 16°C and 29.5°C can be set for

the driver and front passenger independently of each

other. When doing this, it should be noted that the

climate zones.

flaps inside the air conditioner unit. All flaps of the air

integrated potentiometers. The preset interior

temperature is maintained and optimal air distribution

is controlled and monitored by the Climatronic control
