和其他缺陷,研发人员将电子控制技术引人到动力转
向系统,设计出根据转向盘输人扭矩和车速等信号实
施智能助力的速度感应型助力转向,即电液助力转向,
使汽车转向性能达到了令人满意的程度。
相对于传统的由发动机驭动转向泵的系统,电
液助力转向还具有节能及环保作用,解决厂HPS压力
流失等能量浪费的问题,使油耗和CO:排放量大幅降
低。在欧洲市场,这一技术的应用已较为普及,如标
致雪铁龙C4,萨博93 , VOLVO S40等经典车型均采用
厂电液助力转向器。)
电液助力转向系统在传统液压动力转向系统
的基础上有厂较大改进,但即使是最新的产品也无法
根除液压助力系统在布置、安装、密封性、操控性、
能量消耗、磨损与噪声等方面的固有缺陷。不过,由
于其技术较为成熟,可以实现整车电控系统一体化,
以此作为传统液压动力转向系统HPS向先进的电动
助力转向系统发展的过渡产品,在现阶段仍相当具有
优势,并且还将继续得到改进和发展。
