摘要：

由于水冷发动机广泛用于三轮车，但因传统水冷发动机固有的一些结构缺陷，导致市场故障

率相对于风冷反而高，这严重制约了水冷发动机的市场推广，为此我们针对水冷系列发动机气缸头密封

垫烧蚀、曲轴滚针异常磨损等水冷常见问题 ，经过力帆技术部门近年的潜心研究，对一些关键零部件

进行了大胆的原创性设计，开发了战狼水冷系列发动机，发动机耐久性、可靠性得到全面提升，更好地

满足市场的使用要求。

Abstract:

Because water-cooled engines are widely used in tricycles due to the inherent structural defects

of traditional water-cooled engines. Its failure rate is rather high compared with the air-cooled ones. It seriously

restricts the marketing of water-cooled engines. Therefore, we have conducted researches and revised designs on

key parts and compoenets, such as the pad ablation, abnormal wear of the needle roller and other water-cooled

problems. By this way, we have developed Zhanlang series engines with better durability and reliabilty to meet

the demands of the market.

近年来，三轮摩托车发动机已成为广大农民朋友寿命，同时也严重影响到力帆品牌的推广。

发家致富的好帮手，所采用的发动机也越来越向水冷

大排量方向发展，而广大农村特殊的使用环境（重载、

路况差、用户的维护保养差），引起发动机温度高而导

致气缸头密封垫烧蚀问题，以及其它各零部件在原两

轮车发动机的基础上未作重大改进和提升，因而无法

满足三轮车这种特殊的使用环境，因此主副轴挡齿轮

磨损、曲轴大头滚针磨损、下摇臂磨损、气门断裂等

异常问题层出不穷，严重影响到三轮车发动机的使用

国内首台摩托车水冷发动机年在力帆公司诞

生以来，水冷发动机成井喷式发展，目前市场上有
