我们公司以“以人为本，以信立业，以质量求生存，以效率求发展”的工作方针为指导，把项目质量视为工作的重中之重，建立了完善的质量保障体系，以确保各个工序的质量达到最优。

1、质量保证体系

我们公司已通过了国际质量管理体系IS/2000版的认证，严格按照体系要求为客户提供优良服务。在项目实施中，我们将严格执行ISO9001：2000国际质量管理体系及行业标准、规范，委派具有丰富的设备安装、调试、专业经验的工程师队伍进行技术设计和项目实施，提供良好的售后服务，以创造先进、可靠、高智能、高质量的工程为原则。

1.2质量方针

我们公司坚持以客户需求为导向，持续为客户提供优质易用的医疗器械和耗材。我们以公司、客户和员工的共同发展为目标，提升公司文化，提高员工素质。我们严格控制整个项目的过程，提高项目交验合格率及施工质量，通过提高项目效率提高公司整体效益。我们以客户为关注焦点，提高客户满意度，持续改进，永续提高竞争能力。

1.3质量目标

我们公司的具体目标是验收合格率100％，顾客满意率95％以上。

我们公司建立以项目经理为主要负责人，由各部门、各作业队及质保工程师组成的质量管理体系，日常工作由质量保证部负责，协助项目经理保质、按期顺利地完成本项目。

为确保整个项目的完成，我们公司在项目实施过程中，严格按照质量管理体系执行，使对项目实施可能产生影响的各个环节处于受控状态。

我们公司根据以往采购设备的经验，选择设备生产厂家的业绩、信誉、设备运行质量等方面进行认真筛选。必要时，我们公司将派员监督设备生产供应过程。设备出厂前及到货后，我们公司会进行认真检查测试，以确保其质量。

1.5.2施工过程质量控制 我们公司确定并策划直接影响项目质量的实施、安装和服务过程，以确保整个项目实施过程在受控状态下进行。我们严格执行业主指定的技术标准，遵守各项操作方法和规程，确保项目实施质量。我们制定控制方案，各专业工程师必须根据各工序特点，制定各专业主要工序质量控制方案。我们制定质量管理岗位责任制，明确职责范围、工程程序、质量标准、质量目标，规范项目实施及管理，并认真填写项目实施记录。
