摘 要：纯电动汽车常见故障现象主要有车辆无法启动（高压不能供电），慢充不能充电，快充不能充电，车辆无法行驶，续航里程缩短等，故障原因大部分都是“电”故障。本文主要介绍了北汽新能源EX360高压不能供电案例，对类似案例的维修有一定的参考意义。

Case Analysis of High-voltage Failure to Supply Power of BAIC New Energy EX360 Pure

Abstract：The common failures of pure electric vehicles mainly include the failure of the vehicle

to start （for high voltage cannot supply power）， the failure of charging with slow charging， the

failure of charging with fast charging， the failure of driving the vehicle， and the shortening of the

cruising range. Most of the failure causes are \"electric\" failures. This article mainly introduces the

case of BAIC New Energy EX360 high-voltage failure to supply power， which has certain reference

significance for the maintenance of similar cases.

1 引言

随着我国新能源汽车保有量的增加，对汽车维修行业提出了更高的要求，维修水平亟待进一步提升，故障维修手段需进行升级，从而提升维修效率。

北汽新能源EX360纯电动汽车配备高性能轻量化三元锂电池，搭载永磁同步电机及北汽新能源独有的智能电驱系统，提供无钥匙进入、一键启动等配置，支持快充、慢充以及随车充电宝等三种充电方式，其最常见故障现象有车辆无法启动（高压不能供电），慢充不能充电，快充不能充电，车辆无法行驶，续航里程缩短等。
