2022美国大学排行哈佛连续五年问鼎

2022年度《美国新闻与世界报道》(U.S. News & World Report)美国大

学排行榜已经公布。美国全国性大学排行榜(National University

Rankings)和文理学院排行榜(LiberalArts College Rankings)的头两名

和去年一样。哈佛大学和普林斯顿大学并列全国性大学排行榜第一。在文

理学院排行榜中，马萨诸塞州的威廉斯学院(Williams College)和阿姆斯

特学院(Amherst College)分别排名第一和其次。

The 2022 edition of the U.S. News &World Report Best Colleges

rankings is out, with stability at the very top ofboth the National

Universities and National Liberal Arts Colleges lists。

美国全国性综合大学排行榜的名次变化不大。芝加哥大学和哥伦比亚

大学并列第四名。加州理工学院下滑到第十名。名次上升最快的是伦斯勒

理工学院(Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute)，由去年的50名上升到

41名。

There was slight movement right below thetop National

Universities. Last year”s five-way tie for fifth dissolved, withthe

University of Chicago bumping up to tie with Columbia University

at fourthand the California Institute of Technology sliding down

to 10th. Further downthe rankings, one of the biggest moves was made

by Rensselaer PolytechnicInstitute, which leapt nine spots from a

tie at 50th to a tie at 41st。

Among the National Liberal Arts Colleges,Vassar College jumped

up four spots to crack the top 10, tying with ClaremontMcKenna

College. Harvey Mudd College rose from 18th to tie for 12th, and

BardCollege moved up 15 spots, from a tie at 51st to a tie at 36th。

美国区域性大学排行榜(Regional College Rankings)在全美各个区

域的排名变化同样不大。维拉诺瓦大学(Villanova University)排名北部

第一，罗林斯学院(Rollins College)，克瑞顿大学(Creighton University)

和三一大学(Trinity University)分别连续领跑南部，中西部和西部地区

性大学。

The top-ranked RegionalUniversities—schools that offer many

undergraduate degrees, some master”s, andfew doctoral programs

—also continued their strongholds in each quadrant of thecountry:

Villanova University remains first in the North, while
