中考英语作文范文：Music Carnival(嘉年华)

Music is an important part of our life. It can not only bring us

pleasure, but also help us relax after a hard day. Recently, our

school held a music carnival.

At the carnival, there was a great variety of music, such as pop

music, classical music, jazz and so on. Everyone was excited and

enjoyed themselves. Some students sang their favorite songs on the

stage. Others danced to the music. The atmosphere was really

fantastic.

Besides, we also had a competition of playing musical instruments.

Some students played the piano, some the guitar and so on. The

performance was amazing. The judges were all impressed by the

students’ talent.

The music carnival was a great success. It was not only a good

chance for us to show our talent, but also a good way to relax

ourselves. I believe that everyone enjoyed the carnival and had a

wonderful time.
